Pasta con Polpette o Salsicce - Your choice (Spaghetti or Penne) served with our homemade Meatballs or Tru Italian Sausage, and then topped with our homemade tomato sauce. Penne alla Siciliana - Diced eggplant saut-ed in olive oil and garlic, then tossed with our homemade tomato sauce, smoked mozzarella and penne pasta. |

mozzarella and fresh basil. Spaghetti alla Puttanesca - Fresh garlic, diced tomatoes, capers & kalamata olives saut-ed in olive oil, and then finished with our home-made tomato sauce, served over spaghetti. Manicotti - Fresh pasta filled with a mixture of ricotta cheese, sautéed spinach & mushrooms, served with a rosa sauce. Chicken Marsala - Tender chicken breast saut-ed with sliced mushrooms and finished with our homemade Marsala wine sauce, served with a side of spaghetti and vegetables.
